To all girls out there, problems with fragile nails? Pay attention!
The easiest and most available means for strengthening your nails is salt bath. Dissolve a tablespoonful of salt in a glass of warm water and hold your fingers in the solution for 15-20 minutes everyday.
Another way is to consume 3 eggs every week and of course other food which contain vitamin A like milk, fish, nuts, carrots and pumpkins..
Any time u can also, rub lemon juice, cranberry juice or blackcurrent juice into your nails and skin around it. =)
